Lincy Joseph
Founder Director, Caterpillarz Preschool and Academy
- • 2000 – Began her teaching profession, igniting a lifelong passion for education.
- • Pre-2012 – Resided in Hyderabad, building a strong foundation in educational leadership.
- • 2006 – 2012 – Founded and successfully ran her own school in Hyderabad.
- • Collaborated with Government – Led a prestigious school project initiated by Shri Chandra Babu Naidu (former Chief Minister of Andhra Pradesh) in association with the Narayana Group of Institutions, dedicated to supporting children affected by factionalism.
- • 2012 – Relocated to Kochi, Kerala, and resumed her teaching journey at Vidhyodaya.
- • Today – Channels her 25+ years of experience into every child at Caterpillarz.
